Go Shiina worked in distributor titles for over 20 years
Masaru Shiina, a composer better known as Go Shiina, announced his departure from Bandai Namco. The creative made this decision after a long career with the Japanese distributor.
Shiina revealed the above by means of a publication in his Twitter account in which he revealed that he enjoyed his time as an employee of Bandai Namco and that he always felt supported by his colleagues. Having said that, it seemed to him that it was time for a new beginning, although he did not specify what he would do now.
It is important to note that despite this, Go Shiina will do the music of the next God Eater. As you know, this project will be unveiled at the God Eater Orchestra concert on October 7.
During his 20 years as Bandai Namco composer, Go Shiina collaborated on projects like several installments of the God Eater franchise; Tales of Zestiria; Tales of Legendia, TEKKEN 5; TEKKEN 6; and Mr. Driller. Thus, his work is characterized by presenting different genres ranging from jazz to orchestral and rock themes.
