Developers of Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Reveal Major Season 2 Revamps: User Interface Updates, Customizable Perks, Enhanced Movement, and More

Warzone 2 Modern Warfare 2 devs share major Season 2 changes

The devs’ Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 deep dive blog has revealed the big changes that are set to arrive in Season 2. The update has been pushed back two weeks from February 1 to February 15 to work on the state of both games. Quality-of-life improvements, major gameplay changes, and missing features are set to be delivered. Warzone 2’s Gulag is reverting to the original 1v1 battle for redeployment, and players will be able to visually see loot sprawled across dead players. Warzone 2’s DMZ mode is set to receive new content, missions, a new Exclusion Zone, and difficulty tuning. Movement changes, a new Play Again feature, Perk and Loadout adjustments, and UI updates are also included in the update. Modern Warfare 2 will receive a Hardcore mode and Ranked Play. Plus, Bonus and Ultimate Perks will be easier to earn, and five new weapons will be added.
